Roseate

House

Roseate House, a 7 star property at New Delhi, is a joint Venture between Roseate International of Thailand and Bird Group of India. The principal architect for this project was Bunnag from Thailand. Our scope of work covered designing, manufacturing and installation. Double Bowl Basins: These were made up of Turkish- Florentine Beige marble. Each basin weighs more than 700 kg. The internal carving and scooping was entirely CNC milled. The dimensions for these basins were 370 mm (h) x 386 mm (l) x 528 mm (t). 40 pieces of these basins were placed in their luxury rooms. Barrel Basin: These were made up of Grey Serpentine marble. Each basin weighs more than 700 kg. The dimensions for these basins were 815 mm (h) x 650 mm (l) x 60 mm (t). Each basin had holes for overflow, draining and cleaning purpose. 40 pieces were placed in their luxury rooms. Architectural Pillars : Odyssey installed four pillars made up of Agra Red Sandstone. We have used similar sandstone as was used in Fatehpur Sikri. These were nine meter high and two meter diameter pillars are located at the centre of the property flanked by water on all sides. These pillars were inspired by Elephanta caves. 80 pieces of 5 mm deep fluted stones were dry cladded on RCC base for each pillar. Each pillar weighs 40 tonnes.
