Residence 4

The showcase terrace uses Black Sandstone, Granite and Limestone with a touch of golden Teak Sandstone feature wall and a striking Red Onyx bar counter. The entrance of the terrace is clad with 10mm x 10mm Black Limestone staggered mosaic and the flooring is a combination of dimensional Black Sandstone and bush hammered Black Granite. The laser etching on the Teak Sandstone is the backdrop to the bar counter in Red Onyx, which is the focal point of the terrace.
